Each month you will have at least one 30 to 60 minute strategy session by phone or Google Hangout with Patrick Gallagher or your account manager. New marketing materials, advertising proofs, and planned campaign collateral must be received at least 5 business days before your call. Any new business issues, concerns, or opportunities may be discussed at this time. All calls are recorded and professionally transcribed for your personal marketing reference library. 

Ongoing organic search engine optimization of your website and content. Regular reports of target keyword SERP rankings and trends. Link and citation building opportunities, along with basic outreach recommendations. Monthly Google Analytics walkthrough and assessment.

Private cloud hosting with enterprise speed and availability. Professional video hosting of all client content. Secure redundant onsite and third party offsite backups. All CMS updates and security checks. No pre-set storage or bandwidth limits. 

Almost all client issues are resolved in a maximum of three business days. Most issues are addressed and scheduled for resolution in less than 12 hours. Direct email access to your account manager. 

All of our ongoing monthly packages include at least some basic level of ongoing email marketing support and copywriting. While some of our clients have us create just a single monthly email blast, others have over 125+ email touch points with their clients built and scheduled by us each year. 

All client packages include Customer Relationship Management software training and support as well as setup and integration of autoresponder mailing software. Sometimes these software packages are owned by the client and run entirely off of our servers or at the client's office. Other times, in the case of larger client databases, the client will be responsible for the expense of Software as a Service (SaaS) options such as Aweber or Infusionsoft. Training, support, and setup is included for most platforms. 

Google Adwords, Microsoft Bing and/or Facebook targeted PPC ad campaign creation and management. DOES NOT INCLUDE SPEND. All client reports and ad data remain property of the client (many PPC managers have your spend go through their management account, meaning you don't retain ownership of your own data). Ongoing split testing, copywriting, target refinement and budgeting. 

With this option we will custom program and develop a business class IVR phone system ("Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Accounting...") along with professional voice over for the attendant. Also includes comprehensive customized training for your staff and receptionists. Many businesses fail miserably at capitalizing on inbound sales opportunities by failing to answer the phone correctly. Often our clients can experience better top and bottom line performance without any additional traffic or leads; they simply convert the existing flow of inbound calls far better.

Ongoing development, testing and optimization of one or more sales funnels, which are hosted entirely by us. Lead capture pages, sales funnels, product launches, event registrations, live or evergreen webinars etc. We constantly improve your key conversion metrics to drive ever increasing revenues from your sales funnels. 

Some of our clients elect to have us develop and even present their webinars for them. We help you create the scripts and the presentation materials, we build the funnels and we constantly optimize attendance percentages, closing rates, recapture of non-attendees, offline or off-event sales etc. Both live and evergreen webinar funnels are managed and optimized on an ongoing basis. 

If you want to remain focused on what you do best and yet still consistently put out extremely high quality written content, why not have us write all of that content for you? We will use phone interviews with you to help us develop strong content pieces and we will syndicate and promote this content for you on an ongoing basis. We can even ghostwrite an entire book for you. Clients who choose this option usually like to amortize this expense over the course of 6 months to a year, and this fee level represents an approximate range for such a project. We also provide authorship and publishing support, though we cannot guarantee that your book will be picked up by a major publishing house. We can however guarantee very cost effective self publishing options and Amazon/Kindle publication. 

For clients with a regular budget for offline mail, we can provide continuous optimization and copywriting support for all your print and direct mail needs. We'll help you build PURLs mailings (Personlized URL direct mail pieces - "Please visit www.retirebefore65.com/john-doe-517 to get your customized retirement planning guide...") and integrate all of your online and offline marketing and advertising efforts.
